Trial Animated EB Icon

So I recently purchased a 2D animation program called "Sprinter Pro" and its really great to use!
The only problem is exporting the animation to a gif...I can't seem to get it to work and have no idea what to do.
There isn't much help online and when there is something it confuses me, I managed however to get THIS out of it.
((Don't ask me how I did xDD call it luck?))
It's a bit too fast for my liking and I don't know how to slow down the hand jive
Anyone know where I could do this rather then use Sprinter??
Also I hope you like it! As I don't know when I'll be getting another lucky moment like that
